CALLING ALL VENDORS, ENTERTAINERS & COMMUNITY PARTNERS!
The Pearl Miniex Cancer Foundation is seeking businesses, vendors, entertainers, and community partners interested in participating in Music for Hope, a proposed family-friendly music festival planned for July 2027 in Alexandria, Louisiana!
Join us for a celebration of music, food, family fun, and community giving, all benefiting cancer patients and their families.
WE ARE SEEKING:

🚚 Food Trucks & Food Vendors: Meals, desserts, beverages, specialty foods, and refreshments.

🎤 Live Entertainment: Local bands, musicians, DJs, and performers.

💦 Family Activities: Water slides, inflatable attractions, bounce houses, and children's entertainment.

🎪 Merchandise & Craft Vendors: Local businesses, artisans, and specialty retailers.

🎨 Family Entertainment: Face painters, balloon artists, and interactive activities.

🤝 Corporate Sponsors: Businesses interested in sponsoring entertainment, equipment, family attractions, or other festival expenses.

⛺ Event Services: Tent rentals, tables, chairs, staging, sound, lighting, sanitation, and security.
